John here, thanks again for a warm welcome as I covered for Dan last week.
With 14 teams on the playing field, it was going to be a barn-burner! Visitors from Virginia jumped out of the gates first with a solid OTB but by the halftime it was The Freshmen in the lead followed by a 4-way tie between Team Ginny, Here for the Beer, Foxes and Hounds, and Sheesh.
In the "CAN take a hint" category, you were asked by Dan to draw a pic of "next week's host" - while some of you were very kind... one pic illustrated how I am viewed by some people:
Ok, that's fair, I get it. Next time you see me, I will be the kindest, sweetest person you ever met. This week, for your Round 2 Art Bonus, draw a bicycle for 3 points.
The Freshmen managed to hold onto that halftime lead as we rolled into the final but Unskilled Labor took the flying leap into 2nd and 3rd place was shared between FIVE teams!
